Today, I went to Shanghai Indoor Stadium to participate in job fairs. There were so many people that when I got out of the subway station I could saw two long teams before the Shanghai Indoor Stadium. After I got in , I found a large crowd.
Last year, after participating in job fairs in Zhengzhou, I once swore not to participate any job fairs, but I have participated twice since I came in Shanghai. The last was in April. The people were no less than this time.
This time, I saw two positions about law, and they were both Legal Assistant. One provided that graduates were not prefered, and the other provide that a woman older than 35 is preferable. I went to the first, gave the recruiter my resume and said I have many experiences. The recruiter was very polite and said that he would give a call after he asking the lawyer. I know I was rufused. This is a very cleaver refusal. There were so many people before the second one, I just saw and left, didn't to join in the fun.
This time, I had made a mistake. I think I should ask the name and phone number of the recruiter, so I can commnicate him a few days later. I should eating a cutting wisdom.
